Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of personal care products:

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened hair oil products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Change of mind or dislike of fragrance/texture

Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or other agreed method.

Replacement Policy

  • If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement.

  • Replacement requests must include clear images or videos of the issue.
